Workshop mechanic — Chowan County

Join our team: we are hiring a workshop mechanic in Chowan County, North Carolina. What we are looking for: • Good eyesight and methodical fault-finding • ITI / NVQ Level 3 qualification in motor vehicle maintenance Day to day you will estimate repair costs and order the right parts; replace clutch plates and gearbox components; recharge and service the air-conditioning system; replace shock absorbers, ball joints and track-rod ends; bleed the brake hydraulic lines and check pad wear. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Pay around $120 per day, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours.
