Immediate opening: coating plant operator (Minnesota)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Washington County, Minnesota. Day-to-day duties: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
