Shakeout operator wanted in Owan West

Vacancy available: we are hiring a shakeout operator in Owan West, Edo. The role involves maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity. You should have: • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection Meals and transport allowance provided.
