Great opportunity: we are hiring a PVC window assembler in Reagan County, Texas. The job is at a uPVC door and window showroom-cum-workshop. On a typical shift you will read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile; cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash. Ideal candidate: • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
