You should have: • Able to operate vacuum, buffing and carpet-shampoo machines • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and correct dilution ratios You will clean public areas — lobbies, corridors, lifts and washrooms; report maintenance faults — leaking taps, blown bulbs, faulty AC — to engineering; sort soiled linen, send it to laundry and count the returns; deep-clean rooms on checkout and prep them for the next guest; service 14-16 rooms per shift to the floor checklist. $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
