Dozer operator wanted in Clay County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dozer operator in Clay County, Arkansas. You will work at a busy earthworks site. Ideal candidate: • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) The role involves: • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels Rotating shifts.
