Day-to-day duties: • Sort failed deliveries and arrange a re-attempt or return to the hub • Call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point • Keep the delivery bag and box clean and hygienic for food orders • Plan the fastest route using the delivery app and GPS navigation • Wear a helmet and reflective jacket and follow road-safety rules Requirements: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and peak meal times • Own motorcycle or scooter in roadworthy condition, or willingness to use a company bike • Punctual and reliable with polite customer manners Rotating shifts.
