Steward — Coles County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steward in Coles County, Illinois. The job is at a banquet hall. Day-to-day duties: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls Requirements: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards 2+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $31 per hour, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
