Fabricator-welder — Hancock County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Hancock County, Georgia. You will work on a structural steel site. The role involves: • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding You should have: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
