Coating plant operator — Jackson County

Now hiring: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Jackson County, North Carolina. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. Day to day you will pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. You should have: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off.
