Now hiring: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Owan East, Edo. On a typical shift you will sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Part-time with flexible hours.
