On the job you will handle: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls Ideal candidate: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards 5+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
