Bricklayer wanted in Humphreys County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bricklayer in Humphreys County, Mississippi. The job is at a residential building site. On the job you will handle: • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks 5+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $19 per hour plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
