Rebar foreman — Braxton County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a rebar foreman in Braxton County, West Virginia. The job is on a busy residential building site. What we are looking for: • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates You will place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing; tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
