Captain waiter — Shoshone County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a captain waiter in Shoshone County, Idaho. On a typical shift you will explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; upsell starters, desserts and beverages. You should have: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
