Hydraulic crane operator • Pike County, Arkansas

Now hiring: we are hiring a hydraulic crane operator in Pike County, Arkansas. Day to day you will park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift; work out the load weight and the lifting radius; keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL); follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground. You should have: • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) 3+ years on the tools preferred. $15 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
