Immediate opening: we are hiring a dough maker in Madison County, Mississippi. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate On a typical shift you will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards.
