Surface coating operator • Barber County, Kansas

Immediate opening: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Barber County, Kansas. The role involves inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
