You should have: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level Your main tasks: • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
