Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tile installer in Carroll County, Illinois. Your main tasks: • Spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles • Lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level • Set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges • Mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency • Set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line Ideal candidate: • Own a basic set of tiling tools (trowels, spacers, levels) • Skilled with a wet saw, angle grinder and manual cutter At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
