Hoist operator • Montgomery County, Pennsylvania

Vacancy available: we are hiring a hoist operator in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. You will work at a precast concrete yard. Your main tasks: • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block You should have: • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Able to read load charts and lifting plans A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
