Surface coating operator — Burlington County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Burlington County, New Jersey. On the job you will handle: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
