The role involves: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Rotating shifts.
