System formwork carpenter wanted in Lynn County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a system formwork carpenter in Lynn County, Texas. You should have: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Able to read formwork and structural drawings On a typical shift you will set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
