Dish pit attendant — Elmore County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Elmore County, Alabama. What we are looking for: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Day-to-day duties: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading Six days a week, one day off.
