Quality control inspector — Cass County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a quality control inspector in Cass County, Iowa. You should have: • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits Day to day you will calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans.
