Great opportunity: we are hiring a pressman in Dawes County, Nebraska. You will work in a busy laundry. Day to day you will hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots. You should have: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Pay around $3,000 per month, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
