Halal butcher — Prairie County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a halal butcher in Prairie County, Montana. What we are looking for: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Your main tasks: • Season and marinate meat on request • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
