Single needle operator — Wright County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a single needle operator in Wright County, Minnesota. Requirements: • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line You will sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation.
