Great opportunity: we are hiring a confectioner in Fulton County, Kentucky. You will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
