Kitchen steward — Wexford County

Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Wexford County, Michigan. On a typical shift you will restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service. You should have: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
