Sausage maker wanted in Tangaza

We are recruiting: we are hiring a sausage maker in Tangaza, Sokoto State. You will work in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Day-to-day duties: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Season and marinate meat on request • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking Ideal candidate: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
