The role involves: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills We offer $2,900 per month plus benefits.
