Finishing plasterer — Tift County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a finishing plasterer in Tift County, Georgia. You will be based on a busy domestic building site. On the job you will handle: • Fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings You should have: • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic Full-time, day shift.
