The role involves: • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
