Flatlock machine operator • Clark County, Indiana

Vacancy available: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Clark County, Indiana. The job is on a ready-made garment production line. On the job you will handle: • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes What we are looking for: • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $5,300 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
