Immediate opening: we are hiring a plant operator in Chenango County, New York. The job is at an auto-parts workshop. The role involves: • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels Ideal candidate: • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Full-time with occasional weekends.
