You will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone. What we are looking for: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
