Die-casting operator wanted in Cherry County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a die-casting operator in Cherry County, Nebraska. What we are looking for: • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection The role involves: • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces • Cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch • Fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges • Mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $200 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
