Now hiring: we are hiring a packaging machine operator in Gilpin County, Colorado. The job is in a CNC machine shop. What we are looking for: • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges The role involves key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station; load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper; top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels; monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift.
