PVC window assembler — Ripley County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a PVC window assembler in Ripley County, Missouri. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges On a typical shift you will clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash; fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile.
