Immediate opening: we are hiring a captain waiter in Nottingham, England. The job is at a busy restaurant. Requirements: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Day to day you will greet guests, seat them and present the menu; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; clear and reset tables between covers; upsell starters, desserts and beverages.
