Great opportunity: we are hiring a steward in Esan South-East, Edo. You will work in a hospital canteen. You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) You will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
