Safety marshal — Page County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a safety marshal in Page County, Iowa. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot The role involves: • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift Six days a week, one day off.
