Immediate opening: in-process quality controller (Texas)

Great opportunity: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Frio County, Texas. You will be based at a busy manufacturing plant. The role involves segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data. Requirements: • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits 1+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $190 per day, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
