Ideal candidate: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Punctual, reliable and hard-working The role involves: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures 4+ years on the tools preferred.
