Waiter — Etche

Great opportunity: we are hiring a waiter in Etche, Rivers State. You will explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; clear and reset tables between covers; check back during the meal and handle special requests; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar. Requirements: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
