Bread baker wanted in Allen County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread baker in Allen County, Kansas. You will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
