Conventional mill operator — Lauderdale County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Lauderdale County, Alabama. You will work in a CNC machining unit. Requirements: • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges Day-to-day duties: • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production 4+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $20 per hour plus benefits. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
