What we are looking for: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Your main tasks: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations 5+ years on the tools preferred.
